Horrible Night

Video Game Editorial Site and Podcast

I founded Horrible Night as a video game editorial site and podcast back in 2009. We quickly jumped into livestreaming as Twitch.tv began to grow in 2010. At our peak we had an average of 10,000 unique website views per month, 500 podcast listeners per episode, and our staff of 12 contributors created over 20 articles and videos each week. Through Horrible Night we started a charity organization that hosted 24 hour livestreams and raised thousands of dollars each year for children’s hospitals. Even though our priorities lie elsewhere these days, we continue to produce content and each year still culminates in a 5+ hour livestream as a game of the year selection show.
